If you know my husband at all, and you have had the chance to talk to him about his college days, then you have heard the stories of “Ramen Noodles Survival”.

Yes, National Ramen Noodle Day!

But it's not today.  National Ramen Noodle Day was yesterday, April 4th.  And while I didn't participate because, for me, Tuesday's are for Tacos (#tacotuesday), I will be partaking in some ramen noodle goodness via my Top Ramen Asian Chicken Salad one day this week.

  2. I feeling a little embarrassed that I didn’t know there was a ramen noodle day, because I am a ramen noodle fanatic! well, actually all asian noodles really. haha Guess you learn something new every day!

    1. My hubby did when he was in college! lol. He saw the post and was like why didn’t you ask me for any of my recipe’s lol. My middle kid is a ramen lover too!
