But every now and again I feel all grown up and decide Momma is gonna have a drank!

My normal drink of choice is just a little Kahlua coffee liqueur with a splash of cream.  But for the times I am feeling froggy, these are 7 fun ways to leap into a summer time treat, grown up style!

Here I am sharing 7 of the best boozy popsicle recipes to help keep you cool this summer.

You may be thinking it’s kind late in the season for these.  But around these parts, it is prime time for them.  August seems to be the hottest of the hot months here in NC.  At least to me.

When we moved here two years ago, it was in the dead of the heat and humidity.  It would be 80+ at 7 AM.

Where I am from that doesn’t happen, EVER!

I am not one to complain about the heat, but sometimes, I do need ways to cope with it.  And what better way to cope than with a little booze in a chilled popsicle.
