The theme I currently use on my site is the Soledad by Penci Design theme found on the Envato Market.  I use this theme because of all the built-in functionality that allows me to limit the number of plugins that I use for additional things.  As well as the multiple layout options affording me a lot of variety when I like to change things up.

I use Coschedule as an all-in-one editorial calendar. It allows me to schedule out my content of all types and social sharing.
