Ingredients
 

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • taco seasoning (see note)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • cup taco cheese blend
  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven according to package instructions.
  • Open Crescent rolls and roll out on baking sheet.
  • Press along the creases to seal the edges.
  • Bake until crescents are lightly golden and cooked through.
  • While screscent is baking, cook ground turkey in skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in taco seasoning + ⅔ cup of water and let simmer until liquid is all pretty much absorbed into meat. Set aside.
  • Remove screscent from stove and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Spread sour cream on top of crescent leaving edge free for crust.
  • Add all other toppings, cut and serve.
  • Enjoy!
