A marriage between a Mexican favorite and Italian favorite, this Taco Pizza is a perfect Taco Tuesday menu option.

Preheat oven according to package instructions.
Open Crescent rolls and roll out on baking sheet.
Press along the creases to seal the edges.
Bake until crescents are lightly golden and cooked through.
While screscent is baking, cook ground turkey in skillet over medium heat.
Add in taco seasoning + ⅔ cup of water and let simmer until liquid is all pretty much absorbed into meat. Set aside.
Remove screscent from stove and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Spread sour cream on top of crescent leaving edge free for crust.
Add all other toppings, cut and serve.
