Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispy cereal
  • 1 - 10 oz bag marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 1 cup dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • 1 cup white candy melts (divided)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Grease a pan and set it to the side.
  • Place butter and marshmallows in a medium-large bowl
  • Warm up in 45 second increments
  • Once the marshmallows begin to puff take them out and stir
  • Pour in the rice Krispy treats and Dried strawberries
  • Mix together and put into a greased pan
  • Melt the pink and ½ cup white candy melts in 30 second increments, stirring after each
  • Place the ½ cup white candy melts or almond bark in the piping bag.
  • Heat for 30 seconds, Mash, flip the bag over and heat for an additional 30 seconds
  • While that is melting, Add in the coconut oil and stir (it melts while you stir)
  • If it doesn’t fully melt, heat for 15 seconds.
  • Once both sets of chocolate are melted you are ready to decorate.
  • Pour the pink chocolate all over the rice crispy
  • Use the back of a spoon or a offset spatula to spread.
  • Cut a small hole in the tip of your piping bag and draw lines horizontally on the pink chocolate
  • Use a skewer or toothpick to draw a line straight down.
  • Then a line straight up
  • Continue this until the design covers the top
  • Place in the fridge to set for 30 mins
  • Slice and enjoy

Notes

If your oil starts as a liquid, it will stay liquid. It is recommended that you use an oil that is solid at room temperature. This ensures the chocolate will be set.
