Simple & Easy Crab Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
 

  • 1 - 10 oz pack of spinach
  • 1 - 8 oz pack imitation crab
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet dry ranch mix
  • 1 - 8 oz pack cream cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook spinach allowing it to boil 3 minutes.
  • Drain spinach well.  Releasing as much water as possible.
  • Chop up imitation crab in small pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic powder, and ranch mix using a hand mixer to make it smooth.
  • Add well-drained spinach and crab and fold into mixture.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

Serve room temperature or chilled.
