Cheesecake Jars
Melt butter and combine with graham crumbs. Divide mixture in half and evenly disperse into the bottom of each canning jar.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and lime juice into the bowl. Mix well.
Using a spoon or decorating tool, layer the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham crumbs.
Next, spoon in lime curd.
Top with whipping cream layer, the rest of the graham crumbs and raspberries.
Serve immediately or store covered in refrigerator.

Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form.
