Parmesan Roasted Green Beans Recipe

Not your grandmother's green beans. A tasty alternative to plain ol' veggies. Parmesan Roasted Green Beans are delicious and full of flavor.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb fresh green beans (picked)
  • cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 ℉.
  • Pick the ends of the beans & remove any bad ones out.
  • Thoroughly rinse beans.
  • Drain and coat with olive oil.
  • Place pan in oven for 1-2 minutes. This allows for the beans to start roasting soon as they hit the pan.
  • Add parmesan and salt into bowl with beans. Toss.
  • Place green beans on pan.
  • Cook for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  • Enjoy!
