Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries.
Place strawberries, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Pour into loaf pan
Freeze for at least 5 hours (for a soft set) and 6+ hours for a hard set.
If frozen overnight, let sit at room temperature before trying to scoop out.
Notes
You can use honey or agave to sweeten instead of granulated sugar
