Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 box cavatappi pasta
  • 1 packet dried ranch mix
  • 1 packet dried Italian mix
  • 16 oz ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup carrots (shredded or diced)
  • ½ cup peas
  • cups tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 cup cucumbers (diced)
  • 4 eggs (boiled and diced)

Instructions
 

  • Bring large pot of water to boil.
  • Cook pasta according to box directions.
  • Heat skillet on stove to medium heat and coat with olive oil.
  • Add in chicken and season to taste. I use seasoning salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine, cooked pasta, chicken, dressing and dressing packets, veggies, and eggs.
  • Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy!
