Chicken Broccoli Foil Packs are a perfect dish for any day you need fast, simple, and delicious. A great combo of protein and nutrition without too much hassle for cooking.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (could substitute boneless skinless chicken thighs)
  • 1 cup Velvetta Shredded Cheese
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup Bacon Bits
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Take four equal-sized squares of foil
  • Separate four squares of foil that are equal in size.
  • Spray centers of foil to avoid sticking.
  • First of all, take stuffing mix and water and mix it well. Now spoon and divide evenly onto the center of foil sheets. 
  • Top with chicken ingredients.
  • Divide broccoli evenly among the four servings on top of chicken.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • Sprinkle bacon bits on top.
  • Add ¼ cup of cheese on top of stuffing.
  • Bring up foil sides; fold to make four packets. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes Or until chicken is fully cooked.

Notes

  • If you want to cook your chicken faster, then cut it into pieces.
  • You can also pick your favorite shredded cheese to replace velveeta.
