Ingredients
 

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 1 medium cucumber (diced)
  • 2 small roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 avocados (diced)
  • ½ cup crispy onions (divided)
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce (chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp parmesan caesar dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook salmon according to preferred cooking method listed above.
  • Chop veggies.
  • Arrange all items on the both plates splitting between the two.
  • Top with parmesan caesar dressing or dressing of your choice.
