Ingredients
 

  • 10 oz white cheddar (cubed)
  • 1 lb pepperjack (cubed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 10 oz canned tomatoes & chillies
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine cheese cubes, cream cheese, sour cream, and tomatoes & chilies in cast iron skillet or saucepan.
  • Stir often.
  • Add onion and garlic powders.
  • Once ingredients are melted and combined whisk in sugar.
  • Remove from heat and serve.

Notes

Can be garnished with dice tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
