In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Whisk until well combined.
In a separate bowl combine sugar, egss, vegetable oil, bananas, and vanilla.
Mash and mix until well combined.
Slowly combine wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in strawberries.
Spoon into lined cupcake pan(s) fill 1/2 way.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Make Glaze by combining cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and milk and mix.
Microwave about 30 seconds until pourable and drizzle over muffins.
