Simple and easy sausage breakfast skillet scramble with only six ingredients, ready in no time.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 package frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 package frozen diced peppers and onions
  • ½ cup milk
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Remove the cooked sausage from skillet and set aside.
  • Using the grease from the sausage, brown the diced potatoes, peppers, and onions. Continue cooking until all the potatoes are cooked through.
  • Put sausage back into the skillet and stir until combined. 
  • In a large mixing cup, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously. 
  • When eggs are cooked, add in ½ cup of cheese and stir to combine. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the scramble.
  • Allow cheese to melt before serving.
