A simple snack that doesn't require any baking. These No Bake granola bars will make you side eye store bought ones from here on out.

mini chocolate chips
(semi sweet)

cranberries

peanut butter

honey

Instructions
Line a square baking dish (8x8 or 9x9) with parchment paper. Set aside.
In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients with exception of chocolate chips - oats, cranberries, flaxseed.
In a separate microwavable bowl, melt peanut butter in thirty-second increments. This minimizes the peanut butter overheating.
Mix together combined dry ingredients and peanut butter.
Check to make sure mixture is not too hot to avoid melting chocolate, and fold in chocolate chips.
Mold mixture into baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to let ingredients mold.
Remove from fridge and remove from the dish using excess paper.
On flat surface cut into bars or squares.
Enjoy!
