Wash the apples of then slice to remove the core and leaving the peel on.
Cook on high pressure in the Instant Pot for 20 minutes. I use the Stan function on mine. But all models have different functionality.
Do a 10 minute natural release and release the remaining steam.
Add in seasonings and puree together with apples.
If the mixture is too thin, you can switch to the sauté function on low, stirring occasionally until it’s thick enough to your liking.
