Instructions
Melt butter. Set aside.
Separate egg yolks and whites. Add yolks to eggnog and set whites aside.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg.
Add yolks, eggnog, vanilla, and melted butter to dry ingredients.
Once mixed well add in egg whites. Do not over mix.
Cook using a griddle or hot skillet.
Serve warm and enjoy!
