Crispy fresh cut french fries that come out perfect every time, without being deep fried!

Ingredients
 

  • 8 russet potatoes
  • cooking oil
  • cooking spray
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop fries user french fry slicer.
  • Soak in cold water for 20-25 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Drain fries and coat in oil.
  • Spray sheet pan with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt (to taste).
  • Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until crispy. Flip halfway through.
  • Season to taste and enjoy!
