Bacon, Avocado Croissant Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
 

  • 3 slices bacon (I used turkey bacon)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 croissant
  • 3-4 slices avocado (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp butter (I used garlic & herb butter)

Instructions
 

  • Place bacon on baking sheet and cook per package instructions
  • add tbsp of butter to skillet and warm until butter completely melted
  • crack open egg over skillet without mixing or disturbing the yolk
  • cook side completely and flip gently avoiding bursting the yolk
  • once cooked through, remove from skillet and add tbsp of butter
  • add both sides of sliced croissant and cook until toasted
  • once toasted, remove from skillet and assemble, bacon, egg, and avocado on top
  • serve and enjoy!

Notes

seasoning egg is not required, but I use garlic powder, pepper and a little seasoning salt.
