Night time routines are not just for babies. If you struggle to try to fall asleep on occasion, you may be in need of a night time routine for adults. And I am here to help!
It’s funny cause when you are young you think about all the freedom and fun you’re gonna have as an adult.
Late nights out.
Hanging with friends.
And basically living free from the routines and constraints of life with your parents.
And in your late teens and twenties, you may test out those ways. But possibly by your early, but definitely by your mid-thirties, you’ll realize routines may not be so bad after all.
I have always been one to love getting my sleep.
In college, I would pass up the late night parties to stay in the dorm or my apartment and watch my favorite shows and go to bed.
But as I’ve gotten older, married and grew my family, responsibility increased and I get to bed later and later it seems. And then other times, I have so much on my mind, that even if I am dead tired, I can’t fall asleep.
So a few months ago my hubby (who has always suffered from some degree of insomnia) and I started a night time routine that has allowed us to get to sleep, stay asleep, and have a better quality night of rest.
